12-year-old girl arrested after 15-year-old stabbed during fight in Middle Sackville

MIDDLE SACKVILLE, N.S. — A 12-year-old girl has been arrested after allegedly stabbing a 15-year-old girl in Middle Sackville on Sunday.

Halifax District RCMP officers responded to a report of a stabbing on Millwood Drive at about 7:30 p.m.

Police said the 15-year-old suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries during a fight between the two.

The 12-year-old was arrested at the scene and later released on conditions. She is set to appear in court at a later date.
