Two Pilots Killed in Mid-Air Collision in Southern Manitoba

Tragedy struck on Tuesday morning in southern Manitoba as two pilots lost their lives in a mid-air collision between their small planes. The devastating incident took place at around 8:45 a.m. in the rural municipality of Hanover, just south of Steinbach.

According to the RCMP, the bodies of the pilots were discovered amidst the wreckage of the single-engine planes. Fortunately, there were no passengers onboard at the time of the collision.

Adam Penner, the president of Harv’s Air flying school, revealed that the crash occurred during a training exercise involving students. However, no specific details regarding the ages or genders of the pilots have been disclosed.

The Transportation Safety Board has promptly dispatched a team of investigators to the crash site to determine the cause of the tragic accident.
