Ontario man killed in industrial accident in Truro

TRURO, NS – A 55-year-old Ontario man passed away Tuesday following an incident at Northeast Nutrition in Truro

Truro police said the man was killed when he became trapped under a load of material moving at the Willow Street feed mill.

The police are cooperating with Employment and Social Development Canada in the investigation.

The man’s family has been contacted, but his name will not be released until others are notified, police said.
