Adele used colorful language to warn her audience not to throw things.
In a TikTok shared by a concertgoer, the singer can be seen at one of her residency shows in Las Vegas discussing a spate of recent incidents involving objects being thrown on stage, in some cases striking performers as they perform.
Multiple artists, including Bebe Rexha and Kelsea Ballerini, have been hit by objects thrown at them while they were performing this summer.
Adele asked her audience if they’d noticed that people “seem to forget f**king show etiquette at the moment”.
“I dare you, dare you to throw something at me,” she joked. “Stop throwing things at the artist!”
Meanwhile, Adele waved a t-shirt launcher to gift shirts to her audience.
She is currently playing concerts as part of her residency at Caesar’s Palace Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada
