Toronto Fringe Festival: Reviews, Live Updates and Commentary
The Toronto Fringe Festival is back for its 35th edition with more than 100 productions taking place July 5-12 at various Toronto venues.
This year’s festival features a range of offerings from sketch comedy and new musicals to solo shows and dance productions.
Before the curtain went up, Toronto Star theater critics Joshua Chong, Karen Fricker and Glenn Sumi shared what they were most excited to see.
The Star will provide extensive coverage of the festival, including reviews of more than three dozen productions.
Check back in the Fringe regularly for mini-reviews and a list of our critics’ picks.
