The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has taken action against deceptive AI marketing practices through initiatives like “Operation AI Comply,” which targets unfair and misleading business practices involving AI. Easterly highlighted the importance of prioritizing security in AI development to prevent potential misuse by bad actors.
