The Auburn Tigers men’s basketball team is making waves in the NCAA tournament as they secure their spot in the Final Four for the first time since 2019. Led by standout player Johni Broome and renowned head coach Bruce Pearl, the Tigers have captured the attention of basketball fans across the nation.

While the team’s success on the court is undeniable, it was their cheerleaders who stole the spotlight on social media. A screenshot from the CBS broadcast went viral, showcasing the Auburn Tigers cheerleading team in action. Comprised of 12 men and 11 women, with Aubie the Tiger leading the charge, the squad exudes spirit and energy at every game. Co-head cheerleaders Sawyer Tindall and Hailey Tschetter, along with mic-man Ben Timm, keep the crowd engaged and entertained.

As the Tigers gear up to face off against the Florida Gators in the Alamodome in San Antonio, the cheerleading team will undoubtedly be in full force, rallying support for their team. With Broome leading the charge as the team’s leading scorer and rebounder, averaging an impressive 18.7 points and 10.9 rebounds per game, the Tigers are a force to be reckoned with on the court.

Coach Bruce Pearl, who has been at the helm of the Auburn Tigers since the 2014-15 season, has been instrumental in the team’s success. Prior to his time at Auburn, Pearl had successful stints at Tennessee and Milwaukee, solidifying his reputation as a top-tier coach in college basketball.
