Biden trans policies ‘promoted prison rape,’ Stephen Miller said

Former President Joe Biden’s transgender policies have come under fire from White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller, who claims that these policies have led to an increase in “prison rape” and “child abuse.” In contrast, President Donald Trump has taken a different approach by signing executive orders that recognize male and female as the only two sexes and require transgender women born biological males to be housed in male facilities in federal prisons.
Miller criticized the Biden administration for promoting prison rape by allowing men into female prisons, which he deemed as cruel and unacceptable. He emphasized that the Trump administration is committed to preventing such practices. Additionally, Miller highlighted the Justice Department’s efforts to address “child abuse” in public school systems, particularly concerning teachers who support children in identifying with a gender different from their assigned birth gender. He labeled this as a violation of parental rights and emphasized the administration’s stance against it.
Moreover, Miller reiterated the administration’s stance on keeping biological men out of women’s sports. Trump’s executive order in February prohibited individuals assigned male at birth from participating in women’s sports and using women’s restrooms. The Department of Education was also tasked with investigating possible violations of this order.
The Trump administration’s actions aim to reverse the policies implemented by the Biden administration and the Democratic party, which allowed men to participate in women’s sports and access women’s spaces. Miller stated that the administration is utilizing legal and financial tools to enforce this policy, warning schools and universities of potential loss of federal funds if they do not comply.
A spokesperson for Biden did not provide immediate comment on these claims. The situation continues to develop, and updates may follow.
