Blockbuster Canadian romance author Carley Fortune announces 5th novel

Canadian romance author Carley Fortune has exciting news for her fans – her highly anticipated fifth novel, “Our Perfect Storm,” is set to be released on May 5, 2026. The novel tells the story of best friends Frankie and George, whose friendship is put to the test when Frankie is left heartbroken on the morning of her wedding. In a spontaneous decision, George convinces her to take him on her Vancouver Island honeymoon to Tofino.

Frankie and George have been inseparable since they were kids, but their fiery personalities often lead to clashes. As they navigate their time in Tofino, they begin to realize that there may be more than just friendship between them. The cover for “Our Perfect Storm” was unveiled on the popular morning show “Good Morning America” on August 27.
