Britney Spears is releasing memoirs in October
According to the book’s publisher, Britney Spears will release her memoir “The Woman In Me” on Oct. 24.
The memoir is billed as a “brave and amazingly moving story of freedom, fame, motherhood, survival, faith and hope.”
Referring to a landmark 2021 hearing where Spears asked a Los Angeles superior court judge to terminate her 13-year conservatorship by order of the court, Jennifer Bergstrom, senior vice president of publishing house Gallery Books, said in a statement Tuesday. statement that “Britney’s compelling testimony in open court shook the world, changed laws and showed her inspiring strength and courage.
“We couldn’t be more proud to help her finally share her story,” Bergstrom added.

Spears shared a post on Instagram Tuesday in which she also announced her book’s release date, with text in a video reading, “It’s coming… My story, finally on my terms.”
