Byron Donalds unleashes on Dem Trump ‘lies,’ says there’s one metric he will use to lead

Florida Republican Rep. Byron Donalds recently criticized Democrats for spreading what he referred to as “lies” about what President-elect Donald Trump’s second administration will entail. In a recent interview on “Fox News Sunday,” Donalds emphasized that Trump’s focus is on creating success for all Americans, rather than maintaining an “enemies list” as some have suggested.

Donalds stated, “For the American people who have been listening to these lies from the Democratic left: I will tell you, this is not something that Donald Trump has ever spoken to or he’s committed to whatsoever. There’s no enemies list. I mean, yeah, there are people who’ve been opposed to him, but he is focused on the American people.”

He went on to outline Trump’s priorities for his second term, highlighting securing the border and addressing the issue of illegal immigration as job number one. Additionally, he stressed the importance of revitalizing the economy and ensuring energy dominance for the nation.

Following Trump’s victory in the presidential election, Democrats and left-wing media pundits speculated about the existence of an “enemies list” that Trump would use to target individuals once back in office. However, Donalds dismissed these claims, asserting that Trump’s primary focus is on the success and well-being of the American people.

Donalds emphasized that Trump’s victory was supported by a diverse group of voters, including Black and Hispanic communities. He noted the significant gains Trump made among minority voters in comparison to the 2020 election, citing a Fox News Voter Analysis that indicated a six-point increase among Hispanic voters and a seven-point increase among Black voters.

In discussing the concerns of various demographics, Donalds highlighted the common desire for a safe country and a thriving economy. He stated, “What you heard from Black men, and you heard also from Hispanic men, you heard also from, in part, suburban women: They want a country that is safe. They want an economy that is thriving. And Donald Trump is going to deliver on all of those promises.”

Overall, Donalds underscored Trump’s commitment to addressing the concerns of all Americans and working towards a successful future for the nation. He concluded by pointing out the impact of Trump’s policies on issues such as border security and illegal immigration, citing the recent decision by the city of New York to stop distributing food cards as a direct result of Trump’s leadership.

The interview with Rep. Byron Donalds serves as a reminder of Trump’s focus on American success and his dedication to fulfilling his promises to the American people.
