Caitlin Clark continues shooting slump in Fever loss to Aces

Caitlin Clark, the standout guard for the Indiana Fever, continued to struggle with her shooting in a recent game against the Las Vegas Aces. Despite scoring 19 points in the game, Clark went just 1-of-10 from three-point range, adding to her shooting woes in the past few games.
The Fever had a lead heading into the fourth quarter, but the Aces, led by A’ja Wilson and her 24 points, mounted a comeback to secure the win. Wilson was supported by Jackie Young and Chelsea Gray, who combined for 37 points to help the Aces outscore the Fever in the final quarter.
Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell had strong performances for the Fever, with Boston scoring 26 points and Mitchell adding 20. However, the Aces’ strong finish proved to be too much for the Fever to overcome.
Clark’s recent shooting struggles come after a 20-point game against the Connecticut Sun. Injuries have limited Clark’s playing time this season, but she showed promise in her first few games back. Even the best shooters can hit a slump, and Clark will look to bounce back in the next game against the Seattle Storm.
The Fever will look to regroup and end their West Coast trip on a high note before returning home. Fans can follow Fox News Digital’s sports coverage for updates on Clark and the Fever’s season.
