Caitlin Clark records triple-double as Fever dominate Sky in WNBA opener

The Sky as a whole had a poor shooting day, connecting on just 29.1% of their field goal attempts compared to the Fever’s 46.7% shooting.
The game was not without its drama, as tensions escalated between Clark and Reese after a hard foul. Clark was called for a flagrant foul after intentionally fouling Reese in the paint, leading to a heated exchange between the two players. The referees reviewed the play and upgraded the foul to a flagrant, with Reese receiving two free throws and Chicago retaining possession.
