A man from Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley faces a somewhat unusual drunk driving charge:

He was arrested while riding a lawnmower on the side of the road in Meadowvale, NS

In a press release on Monday, RCMP said they received a call about a potentially disabled driver early in the evening of June 26.

The police found the man and had him take a breathalyzer test. He failed, blowing more than twice the legal limit of .08.

He is due in court next month on two charges of driving under the influence.
