It was almost ten years ago when Kaepernick, then of the San Francisco 49ers, protested against racial injustice in the US when he knelt during the national anthem for a prescaled season. The demonstrated Kickstart brought a fire storm around the competition, causing NFL players and President Donald Trump to collide at one point.

Kaepernick protested during the 2016 season and left the 49 people before the start of the 2017 season. He has not played in the NFL since. He submitted a collusion right against the NFL, which was arranged in 2019.
