Conservative and liberal analysts reveal their grades for president on top issues

President Trump is set to address a joint session of Congress on Tuesday night and all eyes are on where he stands with the American public on some of the top issues. Fox News Digital spoke to two political analysts, Rob Bluey and Julian Epstein, to get their grades on Trump’s performance so far.
On the issue of immigration, Bluey gave Trump an A, praising his administration’s efforts to curb illegal immigration and secure the southern border. He commended Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and border czar Tom Homan for their work. Epstein also gave Trump an A, noting that the public strongly supports his tough stance on immigration.
In terms of foreign policy, Bluey gave Trump a B, mentioning the challenges in resolving conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East. Epstein also gave Trump a B, criticizing the recent Zelenskyy Presser meltdown but acknowledging that Trump is playing a strategic game in global theaters.
When it comes to culture wars, particularly issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and transgender rights, Bluey gave Trump an A+ for his executive orders to end DEI in the federal government and ban men from women’s sports. Epstein also gave Trump an A, stating that the majority of Americans support his stance on these issues.
On the economic front, Bluey gave Trump a B, recognizing the challenges of inflation and a bird flu outbreak affecting egg prices. Epstein also gave Trump a B, urging him to take more action to tackle inflation and address economic concerns.
Overall, Trump is expected to highlight his achievements and outline his agenda in his address to Congress. The analysts’ grades reflect a mix of successes and challenges in the key areas of immigration, foreign policy, culture wars, and the economy. It remains to be seen how Trump will continue to navigate these issues in the coming months.
