Dartmouth motorcyclist dies after crash at Newport Station

A 54-year-old man from Dartmouth, NS, died Saturday after a motorcycle accident on Highway 1 in Newport Station, NS

In a press release, RCMP said the motorcycle went off the road and crashed.

The first responders were called to the scene around 3:05 PM AT.

There the man was pronounced dead.

Part of the highway was closed, but has since been reopened.
