ESPN star says Aaron Rodgers brushed him off at camp amid ongoing feud

Former NFL player Ryan Clark recently shared an interesting encounter with Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers during a visit to Pittsburgh Steelers training camp. The two have a history filled with criticism, but the latest twist in their saga took place during Clark’s appearance on the “Football America!” podcast.

Clark detailed how Rodgers gave him the cold shoulder at camp, ignoring his greeting and choosing not to engage in conversation. Despite this, Clark expressed a newfound level of respect for Rodgers, acknowledging his decision to not fake a relationship that isn’t genuine.

The retired safety had initially been critical of Rodgers joining the Steelers, calling it the “worst-case scenario” for the team. However, he now sees the quarterback’s approach as a sign of authenticity and honesty.

While Rodgers did not play in any of the Steelers’ preseason games, the team is gearing up for their regular season opener against the New York Jets on September 7th. It remains to be seen how the dynamic between Clark and Rodgers will continue to unfold.
