Ethics watchdog files complaint against DC Mayor Bowser over alleged travel gifts

The Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust (FACT) has taken action against Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser by filing an ethics complaint on Tuesday morning.
