Grenell rips Susan Rice for years of failed Dem foreign polices that led to war

Ric Grenell, the Trump administration’s special presidential envoy for special missions, recently took aim at former Obama and Biden-era diplomat Susan Rice for what he described as the Democratic Party’s disastrous foreign policies that led to conflicts in Ukraine, Gaza, and other regions. Grenell pointed out that during the Biden administration alone, the United States found itself embroiled in two wars, a situation he attributed to the failures of the previous administration.

In a scathing post on social media, Grenell reminded Rice of the consequences of the policies she supported, including the unrest in Ukraine and the Benghazi terror attack in Libya, which was falsely attributed to an anti-Islam video. He accused Rice of spreading misinformation and lying to the American people about the true causes of these conflicts.

Grenell’s comments were in response to a post by Rice in which she criticized conservatives for their reaction to President Trump’s meeting with Ukrainian President Volodomyr Zelenskyy. Rice accused Trump and his team of orchestrating a setup during the meeting, a claim that Grenell dismissed as baseless and hypocritical.

The back-and-forth between Grenell and Rice highlights the deep divide between the two political parties when it comes to foreign policy and national security issues. While Grenell praised Trump for his efforts to promote peace in the Middle East and Europe, Rice accused the former president of jeopardizing international relations and undermining U.S. interests.

The tensions between the two camps were further exacerbated by Zelenskyy’s recent visit to the White House, where he clashed with Vice President JD Vance over the best approach to achieving peace in the region. Trump, who also participated in the meeting, warned Zelenskyy against gambling with the lives of millions of people and urged him to negotiate a deal that would benefit both countries.

As European leaders continue to work towards a peaceful resolution in Ukraine, the debate over U.S. foreign policy remains a contentious issue. While some, like Grenell, believe that the Biden administration’s policies have only led to more conflict and instability, others, like Rice, argue that Trump’s approach to diplomacy has been reckless and damaging to America’s reputation on the world stage.

In the end, the path to peace in Ukraine and other conflict zones remains uncertain, with both sides continuing to push their own agendas and narratives. Only time will tell whether a lasting resolution can be achieved and whether the United States can play a constructive role in promoting stability and security in the region.
