Halifax man, 27, charged with forcible confinement after incident at shopping mall

Police in Halifax have arrested and charged a 27-year-old man with two counts of forcible confinement after an incident at the Halifax Shopping Centre. The man allegedly forced two teenaged boys into a bathroom stall and refused to let them leave unless they drank alcohol.
