HHS launches ‘Protecting Women and Children’ webpage, recognizes only two sexes

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) recently released guidance to implement sex-based definitions across the federal government and its partners. This move is in line with President Donald Trump’s executive order titled “Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government,” signed last month.
One of the key initiatives highlighted by HHS is the implementation of policies aimed at protecting children from chemical and surgical mutilation. Additionally, the department is working on developing a policy for women’s sports to ensure fair competition and equal opportunity for female athletes.
As part of these efforts, HHS has launched a new web page for the Office of Women’s Health. The website features a video of former collegiate swimmer and activist Riley Gaines discussing the importance of keeping biological men out of women’s sports. Gaines expressed gratitude to President Trump and HHS for defending truth, common sense, and women’s rights.
The Office on Women’s Health website under the Trump administration has a focus on “Protecting Women and Children,” a departure from the Biden era’s emphasis on “reproductive rights.” The new website also includes links to resources on “Defending Women” and “Protecting Children,” signaling a shift in priorities under the current administration.
HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. praised the administration for bringing back common sense and restoring biological truth to the federal government. He emphasized the importance of recognizing sex as an immutable biological classification, with terms like “Female,” “Male,” “Woman,” “Man,” “Girl,” and “Boy” defined accordingly. The guidance aims to provide clarity and decisiveness in addressing gender-related issues in public life.
President Trump’s executive orders on gender issues, including banning biological males from women’s sports and transgender individuals from the military, have faced legal challenges from progressive and LGBT advocacy groups. Despite the controversy surrounding these orders, the administration remains committed to upholding the principles of fairness and equal opportunity.
In conclusion, the HHS guidance underscores the administration’s dedication to protecting women and children, promoting biological truth, and ensuring a level playing field in sports. By implementing sex-based definitions and policies, the government aims to uphold the rights and dignity of all individuals, regardless of gender identity.
