Kansas City Chiefs Stars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce’s Homes Burglarized

Reports have surfaced that the homes of Kansas City Chiefs’ star players Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce were burglarized last month, with authorities confirming the incidents. The burglaries, which occurred just before and on the day of the Chiefs’ win against the New Orleans Saints on October 7, involved the theft of $20,000 in cash from one of the homes. The game was aired on “Monday Night Football” and was attended by Kelce’s girlfriend, singer-songwriter Taylor Swift.

Speaking about the burglary, Mahomes expressed his frustration and disappointment, stating, “I can’t get into too many details because the investigation is ongoing, but it’s obviously something you don’t want to happen to anybody, let alone yourself.” Kelce has not publicly commented on the thefts, which were first reported by TMZ. The Chiefs have not issued a statement regarding the incidents.

The first reported burglary took place shortly after midnight on October 6 at Mahomes’ home in Loch Lloyd, Missouri. According to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office, there was no forced entry, and deputies conducted an investigation into the matter. The second burglary occurred at Kelce’s home in Leawood, Kansas, around 7:30 p.m. on October 7. A police report indicated that $20,000 in cash was stolen, along with $1,000 worth of damage to a rear door.

The Kansas City Chiefs, who have won two consecutive Super Bowls and are currently undefeated with a 9-0 record, have not provided further details on the incidents. The investigation into the burglaries is ongoing.
