ICE agents in Boston arrest migrant murderer, child rapists as Fox News rides along

In a major operation conducted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in the greater Boston area, the agency has arrested hundreds of criminal migrants in what is being described as the largest operation since President Donald Trump returned to office. The operation, named “Patriot,” is expected to result in 1,500 arrests and is targeting egregious offenders such as a Salvadoran illegal migrant convicted of child rape who was deported in 2017. Shockingly, this individual was apprehended by ICE living next to a children’s playground.

In another alarming case, ICE arrested an illegal migrant on El Salvador’s most wanted list, who has an Interpol Red Notice for aggravated murder, aggravated kidnapping, and robbery. This operation, captured exclusively on camera by Fox News, highlights the critical work being done by ICE to ensure the safety of communities in the Boston area.

ICE deployed 19 teams across Massachusetts for this operation and brought in additional teams from other parts of the country to assist. The agency’s efforts are in direct response to Massachusetts and Boston’s sanctuary policies, where officials do not fully enforce or assist with federal immigration laws. This surge in ICE activity is part of a promise made by border czar Tom Homan to target areas with sanctuary policies.

According to ICE officials, about 70% of the arrests made during this operation are of migrants with criminal convictions or pending charges. Patricia Hyde, the head of ICE Boston, emphasized the importance of removing dangerous criminals from the streets, especially those convicted of heinous crimes like child rape and murder.

Despite facing interference from local activists, ICE remains committed to carrying out these arrests and ensuring the safety of communities. Hyde expressed concern over the escalating lack of cooperation from sanctuary jurisdictions, stating that it puts law enforcement lives in danger.

Despite the challenges faced by ICE agents, they remain determined to continue rounding up dangerous criminal migrants and fulfilling their duty to protect the American people. The agency is dedicated to upholding the law and ensuring that individuals who pose a threat to public safety are held accountable for their actions.

The recent operation in the Boston area serves as a reminder of the crucial role that ICE plays in maintaining the safety and security of communities across the country. As ICE continues its efforts to remove criminal migrants from the streets, it is imperative that they receive the support and cooperation of local authorities to effectively carry out their mission.
