ICE arrests illegal immigrant wanted for murder in Brazil

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in Philadelphia have arrested a Senegalese illegal immigrant who is wanted for murder in Brazil. Gora Tourie Fall, a 34-year-old citizen of Senegal, was apprehended during a targeted enforcement operation on December 10th in Philadelphia.

According to ICE officials, Fall was initially caught and released by the Biden-Harris administration’s Border Patrol in Eagle Pass, Texas, back in April 2021. He was later issued a notice to appear before an immigration judge and released on parole. However, ICE became aware of Fall’s outstanding arrest warrant in Brazil in May.

Fall is currently being held in ICE custody pending removal proceedings. The White House has been reached out to for comment on the arrest but has not responded yet. This arrest highlights the ongoing concerns about national security risks posed by illegal immigrants entering the United States.

A report by Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee revealed that nearly 100 illegal immigrants on the terror watch list have been released into the U.S. during the Biden administration. Border Patrol agents have encountered migrants on the watch list from various countries, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon, Pakistan, Somalia, Syria, Tajikistan, and Yemen.

The report also mentioned that immigration judges granted bond to at least 27 migrants on the watch list who entered the country illegally. Border Patrol has encountered tens of thousands of migrants from countries that could pose national security risks.

The report emphasizes the need for policymakers to take necessary steps to secure the border and prevent the flow of illegal aliens. The Biden-Harris administration’s open-borders agenda has been criticized for creating a national security nightmare.

Another report released by the committee in October stated that over 1.7 million migrants encountered at the U.S. border have come from countries believed to pose a national security threat. These individuals are classified as “special interest aliens” (SIAs) and come from countries identified as having conditions that promote or protect terrorism.

The concerns about potential terrorists entering the U.S. through the border highlight the importance of securing the nation’s borders. It is essential to address the national security risks posed by illegal immigration and ensure the safety of American communities.
