Iranian cleric calls for Trump, Netanyahu executions under Sharia law

In a shocking turn of events, a top Iranian cleric, Ayatollah Ahmad Khatami, has called for the executions of President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Speaking during a sermon on Friday, Khatami accused the two leaders of being responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of people in Gaza and the assassination of Qasem Soleimani, a prominent military commander.
During his speech, Khatami declared, “You are murderers, and you need to be punished,” sparking chants of “Death to America,” “Death to England,” and “Death to Israel” from the crowd. Khatami, a member of the Iranian regime’s Guardian Council and a senior figure in the Assembly of Experts, is known for his extremist views and inflammatory rhetoric.
The tensions between Iran and Israel have been escalating, with a recent 12-day war between the two nations exacerbating the situation. The conflict between Israel and Iran’s Gaza-based proxy Hamas has been ongoing, with Trump expressing a desire for the Gaza conflict to come to an end soon.
Adding to the strained relations, the U.S. launched a surprise strike on three of Iran’s key nuclear sites last month, further fueling the animosity between the two countries. Trump has also taken aim at Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, stating that the U.S. knows where he is hiding but refraining from taking any action against him for now.
In response, Iranian officials have issued threats against Trump, warning him to respect Khamenei or face the regime’s “real capabilities.” The situation remains tense, with both sides engaging in a war of words and threats.
This latest development underscores the volatile nature of the relationship between Iran and the U.S. and its allies. The world watches with bated breath as the tensions continue to simmer, unsure of what the future holds for these two nations.
