IRCC invites more PNP candidates to the latest Express -withdrawal

Canada’s Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship department (IRCC) have recently issued a significant number of Invitations to Apply (ITA) through the Express Entry system.

In a recent draw targeting candidates in Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), a total of 192 ITAs were issued by the immigration department.

To qualify for this draw, candidates were required to meet the following criteria:

  • A Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of at least 800; And
  • Have created an Express Entry candidate profile before 7:17 pm, Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on 11 February 2025.

The latest draw today marks the fourth of the month and features a high CRS score of 800 points. The highest CRS score recorded in 2025 was 802 in the initial Provincial Nominated Program draw of February.

This draw follows previous draws including a French linguism draw on August 8, a Canadian Experience Class draw on August 7, and a PNP draw on August 6. This month has seen a focus on PNP draws within the Express Entry system.

Thus far in 2025, IRCC has issued a total of 53,320 ITAs through the Express Entry system. The draws have predominantly targeted PNP tracks, with a smaller portion allocated to CEC candidates, French-speaking skill holders, and those falling under Express Entry Categories Priority.
