IRCC issues invitations for PNP candidates in First Express Entry Draw from September
New Express Entry Draws for Provincial Nominated Program Candidates
Immigration, refugees, and citizenship Canada (IRCC) has recently issued 249 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) through the Express Entry system for candidates in the Provincial Nominated Program (PNP).
In order to qualify for this draw, candidates needed to meet the following criteria:
- A Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 772 or higher; and
- A candidate profile created before 7:19 pm Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on August 28, 2025.

Today’s draw is the first of the month and follows previous draws for healthcare and social services, PNP candidates, and French linguism. So far in 2025, IRCC has issued a total of 56,069 ITAs through the Express Entry system.
The draws this year have primarily focused on PNP tracks, with additional draws for CEC candidates, individuals with French-speaking skills, and those in specific entry categories priority.
