JD Vance uses profanity defending RFK Jr against senators at hearing

Fox News Vice President JD Vance recently took a bold stance against senators who clashed with Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. during a hearing before the Senate Finance Committee. Vance did not mince words, stating that the senators were "full of s*** and everyone knows it."
During the hearing, Senator Ron Wyden accused Kennedy of endangering children with reckless decisions and conspiracy-driven policies, claiming that Kennedy had no regrets about a "fundamentally cruel" agenda. Kennedy fired back by pointing out Wyden’s lengthy tenure in office while chronic disease rates continued to rise.
In a fiery exchange on social media, Vance defended Kennedy, criticizing the senators for their support of questionable medical practices for children. Kennedy, in turn, thanked Vance for his support and acknowledged the underlying issues at hand.
The White House also rallied behind Secretary Kennedy, with Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt praising the Trump Administration’s efforts to address root causes of chronic disease and promote transparency in government. Deputy White House Chief of Staff Taylor Budowich applauded Kennedy for challenging the status quo in healthcare.
The heated confrontation unfolded amid calls for Kennedy’s resignation by over 1,000 current and former HHS employees. Wyden accused Kennedy of promoting conspiracy theories and mismanaging federal health agencies, leading to chaos, corruption, and increased health costs for families.
Despite the criticism, Kennedy highlighted the proactive work done by his department, including addressing various health and safety issues such as food contamination, drug prices, and e-cigarette regulation. He emphasized the administration’s focus on ending harmful practices like gain of function research and child mutilation.
In a statement, Kennedy underscored the department’s achievements in tackling a wide range of health concerns, from drug approvals to environmental hazards. Committee Chairman Mike Crapo, along with Vance and Wyden, did not provide immediate comments on the contentious hearing.
