Remembering Julian McMahon: A Talented Actor Who Brought Joy to Many Lives

Julian McMahon, a beloved Australia-born actor known for his roles in Fantastic Four films and TV shows like Charmed, Nip/Tuck, and Profiler, has passed away, his wife confirmed in a statement.

At the age of 56, McMahon peacefully succumbed to cancer earlier this week, as announced by Kelly McMahon through his Beverly Hills-based publicist.

\”Julian loved life,\” the statement read. \”He loved his family, his friends, his work, and his fans. His ultimate desire was to spread joy and positivity to as many lives as possible.\”

McMahon brought the iconic villain Dr. Doom to life in the films Fantastic Four (2005) and its sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007).

In addition to his notable roles in Charmed, Nip/Tuck, and Profiler, Julian also graced the small screen in shows like Home and Away, FBI: Most Wanted, and Another World, as documented on IMDB.

Actress Alyssa Milano, who shared the screen with McMahon on Charmed, expressed her grief on social media, describing him as more than just a TV husband.

\”Julian McMahon was magic,\” Milano wrote. \”That smile. That laugh. That talent. That presence. He walked into a room and lit it up — not just with charisma, but with kindness, mischief, and soulful understanding.\”
