Alongside the photo, Fox also shared an image of a positive pregnancy test with the word “Yes” written on it. In the caption, she wrote, “Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back,” referencing her fiance’s song “Last November.”
This joyous announcement comes after the couple opened up about experiencing a miscarriage more than a year ago. Despite the heartbreaking loss, Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have remained strong and supportive of each other. They officially announced their engagement in 2022, solidifying their commitment to each other and their future family.
Megan Fox, 38, was previously married to actor Brian Austin Green from 2010 to 2021, and they share three sons together. Machine Gun Kelly, 34, whose real name is Colson Baker, also has a daughter from a previous relationship.
