Progressive Democratic Rep. Jasmine Crockett calls Trump a ‘buffoon’

Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, made headlines last week for her colorful language directed at President Donald Trump. In a recent post on social media, she continued to criticize him, using words such as “buffoon” and “orange.”
Crockett shared a video where wealthy investor Ray Dalio expressed concerns about the possibility of something worse than a recession. She urged people to focus on issues that impact their lives rather than spreading conspiracy theories about her.
The congresswoman also took a jab at Trump’s wealth and ethics, contrasting it with her own transparency. She highlighted alleged insider trading and shady donations linked to the former president, implying that he embodies the ethical and criminal stereotypes that his supporters attribute to her.
Fox News Digital reached out to Crockett’s office for comment but did not receive a response. The White House responded with a statement from spokesperson Harrison Fields, dismissing Crockett and the Democratic Party as all talk and no action.
Crockett has been vocal about her concerns regarding Trump’s mental acuity and fitness to serve as president. Despite a memo from the president’s physician attesting to his excellent cognitive and physical health, Crockett maintains that Trump’s capabilities are questionable.
In response to Crockett’s criticisms, Trump has not held back in attacking her intelligence and political future. He referred to her as a “low-IQ person and a lowlife,” questioning her ability to succeed in politics.
During a recent event, Trump mocked Crockett as the Democrats’ “new star,” suggesting that the party is in trouble if she represents their leadership. The back-and-forth insults between the congresswoman and the former president highlight the ongoing political divide in the country.
As the political discourse continues to heat up, it is clear that both Crockett and Trump are unafraid to speak their minds and challenge each other’s positions. The clash between the two figures reflects the larger tensions within the political landscape, with each side staunchly defending their beliefs and attacking their opponents.
