all their skills and resources into it.\” \”I can tell you that the people at Public Health are passionate about what they do and they want to help people,\” she said. \”They want to get to the bottom of this.\”Holt said while she understands patients\’ concerns about a lack of progress, she believes the oversight committee was an appropriate step to take time to review the evidence and rule out other potential causes.\”We need to trust the science and the process that we have in place to get to the bottom of it,\” she said. \”That doesn’t mean we won’t change course if we need to, but right now I’m confident that we’re on the right path.\”Holt said she is personally invested in finding answers and is committed to keeping patients and their families informed throughout the investigation.\”I know what it’s like to watch a loved one suffer and not have answers, and it’s heartbreaking,\” she said. \”I want to alleviate that burden for as many people as I can.\”The premier said she is hopeful that with the federal government’s support, New Brunswick will be able to make significant progress in understanding and addressing the mystery brain illness affecting hundreds of people across multiple provinces.\”This is a priority for our government, and we are committed to doing everything we can to find answers and provide support to those who are suffering,\” she said. \”I won’t rest until we have answers and a plan to help those in need.\”
