Racial slur found written on Windsor, N.S. memorial

WINDSOR, N.S. — Police are investigating a racial slur written on a Windsor, N.S. monument.

RCMP responded to the report of vandalism at the memorial on 10 King St. just after 11 a.m. on Sept. 11.

Police believe the incident is hate-motivated.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact West Hants District RCMP at 902-798-2207 or tip anonymously through 1-800-222-8477.
