RCMP investigating after body found in burned vehicle in Pictou County

RCMP are currently investigating a disturbing discovery in Greenhill, Nova Scotia, after human remains were found in an abandoned, burned vehicle.
The vehicle was located on MacLean Road in Greenhill, Nova Scotia, on Saturday afternoon.
Authorities have not yet identified the individual whose remains were found, and the circumstances surrounding the incident are being treated as suspicious, according to a statement released by the police on Monday.
Police officers in Pictou County responded to the scene on MacLean Road on Saturday afternoon. Constable Dominic Laflamme confirmed that RCMP personnel are still present at the location as of Monday afternoon.
Laflamme also reassured the public that there is currently no indication of any ongoing danger to the community.
