RCMP Northeast Nova Major Crime Unit take over missing persons case in Truro, N.S.

TRURO, N.S. — After two weeks of being missing, the Truro Police Service is getting extra help from the RCMP in the case of Zackery Kellock.

Kellock, 23, was reported to have been seen on James Street in Truro on Jan. 14. Since then, the Truro Police Service have confirmed he was last at an address in Millbrook First Nation, and that the disappearance is suspicious in nature.

“Due to the suspicious nature of the disappearance, the RCMP Northeast Nova Major Crime Unit will now be the leading agency in Zack Kellock’s case,” reads a statement from the Truro Police Service on their Facebook page, asking anyone with information to contact the RCMP at 902-896-5060 or via Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers.
