The Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has strongly emphasized that any efforts to address security concerns related to Ukraine must involve Moscow, stating that excluding Russia from such discussions would lead to a dead end.
Lavrov’s remarks follow recent talks organized by US President Donald Trump, where Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and European leaders convened to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine.
