Second protective order filing against deported ‘Maryland Man’ surfaces

Fox News Digital has obtained a second protective order case filed against Kilmar Abrego Garcia from 2020, shedding further light on the troubled past of the suspected MS-13 gang member. The case was filed a year before another protective order recently surfaced against Abrego Garcia, who is currently being held in El Salvador.
Abrego Garcia, a 29-year-old Salvadoran illegal immigrant, was living in Maryland until he was deported to the high-security Terrorist Confinement Center (CECOT) in his home country during the first 100 days of the Trump administration. While some Democrats argue that he was wrongly deported, the administration has presented substantial evidence linking him to the notorious MS-13 gang. In April, the Supreme Court upheld a decision ordering the Trump administration to facilitate Abrego Garcia’s return to the U.S.
The newly obtained document alleges that Abrego Garcia’s wife, Jennifer Vasquez Sura, accused him of verbal and physical abuse, as well as mental abuse against her children. The petition for protection form filed in Maryland details instances of abuse, including kicking, slapping, shoving, mental injury of a child, and detaining against will. Vasquez Sura later requested the petition to be rescinded in August 2020, citing a desire to participate in her son’s birthday and Abrego Garcia’s agreement to continue counseling or sign divorce papers.
The filing also describes disturbing incidents, such as Abrego Garcia grabbing Vasquez Sura by the hair in the car and dragging her out onto the street. He allegedly broke her son’s tablet, doors in the house, pushed her against a wall, broke a phone and television, and damaged the walls during another altercation.
Furthermore, police and court records reveal that Abrego Garcia was arrested in Hyattsville, Maryland, in October 2019, where he was identified as an MS-13 gang member by the Prince George’s County Police Gang Unit. A federal immigration court in Baltimore later determined that he was a verified member of MS-13 and not eligible for release due to the danger he posed to others.
Additionally, documents shared with Fox News Digital show that Abrego Garcia was pulled over by a Tennessee highway patrol trooper while driving an SUV belonging to Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes, another illegal alien involved in human smuggling. The trooper suspected human trafficking due to the lack of luggage in the vehicle and the occupants giving the same address as Abrego Garcia’s home address.
These revelations add to the mounting evidence against Abrego Garcia and raise questions about his involvement in criminal activities, including human smuggling. As Democrats continue to advocate for his release, the Trump administration maintains that his return to the U.S. is up to El Salvador. The case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia continues to be a focal point of controversy and legal battles as his past actions come to light.
