A Halifax woman, Tavia Raiche-Marsden, found herself in a frightening situation when the car she was in was T-boned by another vehicle that ran a stop sign and then fled the scene. Raiche-Marsden, who was a passenger in the car, described feeling a big impact and being thrown around inside the vehicle before losing consciousness. The other driver did not stop after the accident, leaving Raiche-Marsden determined to identify them.

The information provided by the tips has helped Raiche-Marsden narrow down the description of the vehicle to a light grey silvery Mercedes S-Class between 2005 and 2015.

Raiche-Marsden has been passing on the information she receives to the police, although she acknowledges that the availability of the person managing the case determines how frequently she can do so. Despite her injuries from the accident, Raiche-Marsden remains hopeful that the hit-and-run driver will be tracked down, given the amount of information gathered and the witnesses who can corroborate the story.
