Top energy group demands governor take swift action against radical ‘extremists’ crippling power grid

Exxon Mobil case, filing amicus briefs in support of dismissal in other climate change litigation cases, appointing judges who respect the separation of powers, and avoiding contracts with outside counsel pushing political agendas.
