Trans leader of ‘Ziz’ cult tied to border agent killing pleads for vegan food

The leader of a radical transgender cult, known as the Zizians, linked to six violent killings, including that of a U.S. Border Patrol agent, made a desperate plea for vegan food while appearing in court in Maryland last week. Jack Amadeus LaSota, also known as \”Ziz,\” insisted to Judge Erich Bean that he had done nothing wrong and that access to a vegan diet was crucial for his survival in jail.

During the bail hearing, LaSota expressed concerns about potential starvation if he did not receive vegan food in the Allegany County Detention Center. He emphasized the importance of his dietary requirements over the ongoing legal proceedings, stating, \”I need the jail to be ordered for me to have a vegan diet. It’s more important than whatever this hearing is.\”

LaSota, along with two other Zizian members, Michelle Jacqueline Zajko and Daniel Arthur Blank, were arrested on charges related to the killing of U.S. Border Patrol Agent David Maland during a traffic stop in Vermont. The Zizians, described as a group of radical young individuals who predominantly identify as transgender, have been associated with violent crimes and a fervent commitment to veganism.

Prosecutors revealed that LaSota is believed to be the leader of the extremist Zizian group, with ties to multiple homicides in various states across the country. The group’s violent activities came to light following the death of Agent Maland, who was fatally shot in January by members of the cult during a routine traffic stop.

In addition to the Border Patrol agent’s killing, the Zizians have been connected to other violent incidents, including the deaths of Zajko’s parents in Pennsylvania. Teresa Youngblut, another member of the group, faces charges in connection with a shootout that resulted in Maland’s death and the killing of a German national, Felix Bauckholt.

Experts on cult behavior have noted that the Zizians exhibit classic signs of a cult, including tactics of behavior control and emotional manipulation. The group’s emphasis on transgender identity, strict dietary restrictions, and apparent sleep deprivation are all hallmarks of cult-like practices aimed at exerting control over members.

As investigations into the Zizians and their criminal activities continue, authorities are working to dismantle the group and hold its members accountable for their actions. The disturbing case sheds light on the dangers of extremist cults and the need for vigilance in identifying and addressing such radical organizations.
