Trump admin breaking modern presidential staffing records, hiring ‘thousands of America-First warriors’

The Trump administration has been making headlines for its record-breaking staffing efforts since taking office in January. According to the head of presidential personnel, thousands of “America-First warriors” have been brought in to fight for President Donald Trump’s agenda.

In a recent post on Truth Social, Trump boasted about the administration’s achievements, stating that over 2,200 offers have been made to exceptionally qualified candidates who have all accepted. This surpasses any modern presidential staffing records, with more nominations sent to the Senate than ever before.

Sergio Gor, the director of the Presidential Personnel Office, revealed that by Trump’s 65th day in office, 277 nominations had been sent to the Senate, breaking the previous record set by former President Barack Obama. Additionally, over 2,300 offers have been made to candidates aligned with the administration’s goals.

Gor noted that 1,800 appointees are already working in various agencies, with most agencies more than half-filled and some over two-thirds full. The focus remains on finding “America-First warriors” to join the administration and uphold the promises made by President Trump.

The Cabinet was confirmed in record time, with no nominees failing in committee or on the Senate floor for confirmation. By day 67 of the administration, 41 nominees had been confirmed, including 21 Cabinet-level positions and 20 sub-Cabinet positions. This far surpasses the number of confirmations at the same point in the Biden administration.

In addition to the record-breaking staffing efforts, the Trump administration’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), led by Elon Musk, is working to shrink the federal workforce and eliminate bureaucrats hindering the administration’s agenda. Trump directed his Cabinet secretaries to work with DOGE and use a “scalpel” when deciding which workers will remain in their jobs.

Despite the efforts to streamline the workforce, the administration is proud of the America First slate of candidates who have been confirmed to their posts. Officials point to individuals like FBI Director Kash Patel, border czar Tom Homan, and National Institutes of Health Director Jay Bhattacharya as key figures in upholding American law enforcement, immigration enforcement, and healthcare reform.

The Presidential Personnel Office remains dedicated to hiring aligned and capable supporters of the president and his agenda. With the mandate given by President Trump, the office is committed to keeping the wrong people out of the administration and ensuring that only those who support the president’s goals are in critical roles.

In conclusion, the Trump administration’s staffing efforts are unprecedented in modern presidential history, with a focus on hiring qualified individuals who will fight for the president’s agenda. The administration’s commitment to America First principles and the strategic use of personnel resources are key factors in the success of the administration’s goals.
