Trump says Biden is the ‘worst’ president

President Donald Trump made headlines once again with his sharp criticism of President Joe Biden, declaring him the worst president in U.S. history. During a press conference with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Trump did not mince words as he compared Biden to former President Jimmy Carter, stating that Carter could rest peacefully knowing he wasn’t the worst president, because that title now belongs to Biden.

Trump’s comments come amidst growing concerns over Biden’s mental fitness, with multiple books detailing his cognitive function while in office. In the book “Uncharted: How Trump Beat Biden, Harris, and the Odds in the Wildest Campaign in History,” a White House aide alleged that staff allowed Biden’s faculties to “atrophy.” These claims have not been addressed by Biden’s camp.

In response to Biden’s recent criticism of the Trump administration for causing “damage” during the early days of his presidency, Trump fired back, emphasizing the impact of Biden’s administration in less than 100 days. Trump and Meloni expressed confidence in brokering a trade deal between the U.S. and the European Union, despite recent tensions over tariffs on EU goods.

Trump remains adamant that a trade deal will be reached, stating, “There will be a trade deal, 100%. Of course there will be a trade deal, they want to make one very much, and we’re going to make a trade deal. I fully expect it, but it’ll be a fair deal.”

The ongoing feud between Trump and Biden continues to dominate headlines, with both leaders engaging in a war of words over their respective administrations. As the political landscape remains tumultuous, it remains to be seen how these tensions will impact future relations between the U.S. and its European allies.
