Western Kings Memorial Hospital after-hours clinic closed to start 2024

BERWICK, N.S. — The after-hours clinic at Berwick’s Western Kings Memorial Health Centre will be temporarily closed to kick off the New Year.

The clinic will be closed for three days from Tuesday, Jan. 2 until Thursday, Jan. 4.

Anyone with urgent medical needs should call 911 or 811 for general health advice and information from a registered nurse.

A Mental Health and Addictions Crisis Line can also be reached 24/7 by calling 1-888-429-8167.

Nova Scotians can also access YourHealthNS to help navigate the health-care system by either downloading the app or visiting online at yourhealthns.ca/.

The Berwick after-hours clinic accepts patients through booked appointments made by calling 902-538-3111 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday.
