According to the RCMP in Kimberley, B.C., the authorities were alerted by an SOS signal on Monday, indicating that three hikers had fallen over Meachen Creek Falls. Upon reaching the scene, the body of a 68-year-old woman was discovered halfway down the falls. Unfortunately, efforts to locate the other two individuals were initially unsuccessful.

After an extensive search operation, the lifeless body of a 35-year-old woman was found. Tragically, she had succumbed to her injuries sustained in the fall. The search continues for a 35-year-old man, although the chances of finding him alive are slim.
