A spokesperson for the BC Lions informed CTV News that the winner has up to one year to come forward and claim their jackpot.
The 50/50 draw during the Grey Cup game raised a total of $860,810, with proceeds going towards supporting amateur football programs in British Columbia.
According to the BC Lions website, those who purchased 50/50 tickets at the game would have received a physical ticket with their unique draw numbers. The winning numbers are then displayed on the screen during the game and on the 50/50 landing page post-game.
Online ticket buyers receive an email confirmation shortly after their purchase, detailing all the numbers associated with their tickets.
