7 lawmakers tapped for panel probing JFK assassination, Epstein, UFOs

Seven House Republicans have been chosen to serve on a newly formed task force dedicated to exploring the declassification of some of the United States’ most closely guarded secrets. Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, a Republican from Florida, will lead the panel, known as the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, which falls under the purview of the House Oversight Committee led by Rep. James Comer of Kentucky.

The appointment of Luna and other conservative members to the task force signals a shift towards allowing the more right-leaning faction of the House GOP to take charge of this important investigation. Alongside Luna, the task force will include members of the House Freedom Caucus such as Reps. Lauren Boebert of Colorado, Eli Crane of Arizona, and Eric Burlison of Missouri.

Also joining the panel is Rep. Nancy Mace of South Carolina, who has made headlines for her stance on various cultural issues in recent times. Rep. Tim Burchett of Tennessee, known for collaborating with Luna on matters related to unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs), and first-term Rep. Brandon Gill of Texas complete the lineup.

In a bold statement, Mace declared, “A Government cloaked in secrecy has been a tool for control,” showcasing the task force’s commitment to transparency and accountability. Luna, in announcing the formation of the task force, vowed to seek the truth and transparency on a range of significant events, including the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Jeffrey Epstein’s client list, COVID-19, UAPs, and the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

“We have assembled a team of dedicated leaders who have consistently fought for transparency and full disclosure,” Luna stated when unveiling the list of task force members. The task force will operate under the guidance of Chairman Comer, who emphasized the importance of government transparency in serving the American people.

“Our mission is simple: to ensure these documents are released swiftly and in their entirety, giving the American people the truth they deserve,” Luna affirmed. Comer echoed her sentiments, stating, “The Republicans on Rep. Luna’s task force are steadfast champions of transparency, and I am confident they will vigorously pursue and deliver the truth on critical issues.”

The creation of this task force underscores a commitment to uncovering long-held secrets and providing the American public with the answers they seek. With a team of dedicated leaders at the helm, the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets is poised to delve into some of the nation’s most controversial and mysterious issues, shedding light on the truth behind these hidden truths.
