Brittany Mahomes silences Taylor Swift feud speculation after attending Eras Tour-themed party: ‘My people’

Brittany Mahomes and Taylor Swift have been noticeably absent from Kansas City Chiefs games this season compared to last year. The two are significant others of the top stars on the team, Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, respectively.
The apparent separation between Brittany and Taylor came after they appeared to support different candidates in this year’s presidential election. While Mahomes liked a post from Donald Trump on Instagram and addressed her critics, Swift openly endorsed Kamala Harris.
Despite their differences, the two seem to be on good terms. Recently, Patrick and Brittany attended an Eras Tour-themed party hosted by Swift. Patrick sported a tuxedo similar to the one Kelce wore on stage at a show, while Brittany dazzled in a sparkly silver dress. Brittany shared photos of the event on social media, some of which featured Swift, captioning the post, “My people” with a heart emoji.
The duo also attended the men’s U.S. Open final after the Chiefs’ first game of the season. While Swift and Brittany were inseparable at Chiefs games last year, this season, they were only seen together twice – on Oct. 7 against the Saints and Nov. 4 against the Buccaneers.
Their absence at games sparked headlines when they sat in separate suites during the Chiefs’ first game against the Ravens. This separation came after Brittany faced backlash for liking a post by Trump on Instagram, with Swift fan groups circulating screenshots of the like on social media.
Even Trump weighed in on the controversy after Swift endorsed Kamala Harris for president, stating in an interview on “Fox & Friends” that he liked Brittany “much better” than Swift.
Despite their differences in political views, it seems that Brittany Mahomes and Taylor Swift have maintained a cordial relationship, attending events together and showing support for their loved ones on the Kansas City Chiefs.
