Dartmouth -Crash leaves passengers serious injury, the police say

Regional police responded on Thursday afternoon to a serious crash in Dartmouth.

According to the police, a crash with two vehicles was reported just after 4 p.m. at the intersection of Main Street and Ridgecrest Drive.

Halifax Fire and Emergency Health Services were also called on site.

The police say that all occupants of the vehicles involved were seriously injured and were taken to the hospital.

The crash has blocked traffic in both directions on Main Street between Brigadoon Avenue and Ridgecrest Drive.

The investigation into the crash is in the early stages and the police asks everyone with information to come forward.
