Halifax Regional Police respond to shooting in Dartmouth

DARTMOUTH, NS — The Halifax Regional Police Department attended a shooting in the northern part of Dartmouth on Saturday.

Police received reports of the shooting in the Lahey Road and Catherine Street area of ​​Dartmouth just before 5.20pm

No injuries were reported and there was no danger to the public, according to police.

Several officers arrived at the scene and police are asking the public to avoid the area as the investigation develops.
